UPDATE: Harrison Ford out for 8 weeks
Due to his unfortunate run in with a hydraulic door (rumored to belong to the Millennium Falcon), Harrison Ford will be missing 8 weeks of production on Star Wars Episode VII. Though this mainly spells discomfort for Ford and his current state of health, there has been no announcement that the production of the film itself is in danger of running behind, even considering Ford’s rumored major role in the story. Though filming could possibly still be delayed, there have been other injuries in massive films that have only proven to be a minor hindrance (Paul Walker – Fast & Furious 6 [ACL], Robert Downey, Jr. – Iron Man 3 [ankle]), so hopefully we can still expect everything to run on schedule. Here’s wishing Harrison Ford a speedy recovery!
